Due to the outbreak of the corona virus, new policies and procedures have been put in place to ensure the safety of all clients. If you have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or any other symptoms that could spread a contagious illness, or if you have been around someone with these symptoms, I ask that you reschedule.

ㆍMasks are still required for all clients. Masks might removed.
ㆍSanitation safety protocols remain in place.
ㆍI'm vaccinated & boosted against COVID-19.

BASED ON THE LATEST GUIDANCE FROM CDC:
ㆍIf you have had contact with someone with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
ㆍIf you have tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
ㆍContinue to stay home if you have symptoms or a fever of any kind. Please reschedule your appointment, DO NOT COME for your appointment.

To schedule your appointment, a booking fee is REQUIRED to reserve & secure your appointment spot at the time of booking.

ㆍBooking fee is transferable 1 time, however they are non-refundable, this amount will be credited towards your total.

I accept all major credit and debit cards. Based on WA laws & rules, please note that all card payments will be charged 10.2% sale tax

If you need to reschedule, you may call 206.400.8114 or leave a Text message in case I am busy and can't answer in time.
You have 48 hours before the appointment time to reschedule. Fail to reschedule within 48 hours before the appointment time will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
You can reschedule 1 TIME ONLY.

ㆍThe booking fee is non refundable. If you need to change your appointment, please inform me by Call 206.400.8114 or leave a Text message in case I am busy and can't answer in time.
ㆍIf you decide to Cancel or No Show No Call, this will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

ㆍClients that are more than 20 minutes late to their appointment time will be canceled without reschedule and I will consider your appointment as NO SHOW NO CALL, this will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
ㆍIf you late 3 times in a row will result in NO BOOKING in the future. No exceptions are made.
This policies is due to the amount of clients that are seen each day, as a professional technician, I cannot risk running late to following clients. Please give yourself plenty of time before your appointment.

ㆍNo refunds will be given on services that have been completed and paid for.
ㆍAll product sales are final.

Advanced Ink / Thuy Lam has the right to refuse treatments to any person for any reasons.

Advanced Ink / Thuy Lam offers Gift certificates for any dollar amount or for specific services. They can be purchased online or at Advanced Ink's locations.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, are not valid for cash exchange.

ㆍMy space is a place of peace & tranquility. In consideration of others and your experience, please silence all electronic devices.
ㆍChildren are not allowed in the service room.

ㆍIndividual results will vary from client to client.
ㆍAftercare of your PMU, long term skin care and your skin type will directly contribute to your final results.
ㆍSome clients may require additional touch ups to achieve their desired results. Regular touch up pricing will apply.
